1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by MvM - Cleaning Services ("we," "our," "us"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer carpet, upholstery, and exterior cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Services are tailored to your needs and agreed upon prior to booking.

3. Pricing

Our prices are provided based on the size, type, and condition of the items or areas to be cleaned. We will confirm the total cost after an initial assessment, and this will remain fixed unless additional services are required.

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • Bookings canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled service may be charged in full.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges, and legal action may be taken for non-payment.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you have any concerns about the cleaning quality, please inform us before leaving the property. Any additional issues must be reported within 24 hours, as we do not offer re-cleaning beyond this timeframe.

7. Liability

  • While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property or items being cleaned.
  • We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or improper maintenance of items.
  • Any claims of damage must be made within 24 hours of the service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that we have access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Items requiring cleaning should be easily accessible. We are not responsible for moving large furniture or items unless previously agreed.

9. Health and Safety

For the safety of our staff, pets and children should be kept away from the areas being cleaned. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions are encountered.

10. Complaints and Insurance Claims

If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us before leaving the property. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours after the service has been completed. Failure to report within this time frame will result in us being unable to process any insurance claims related to the service provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services signifies your agreement to any changes.
